Comprehensive Training and Coaching
Training
New teachers begin with an intensive one-day Summer Institute, where they learn to deliver the Reading In Motion curriculum with confidence. Their growth continues through additional fall and spring training sessions, ensuring ongoing support throughout the school year. Teachers also gain access to a robust library of professional development workshops and CEUs through the RIM Aspire Learning Management System.
Support
With Reading In Motion, teachers receive the full curriculum and access to our all-inclusive Learning Management System—featuring lesson plans in English and Spanish, multimedia resources, student data tools, and parent engagement supports. Coaches provide around 45 hours of one-on-one support across the school year, helping teachers use data, refine instruction, and boost student success.
